Monica Toscani

She has accrued professional experience since 2002 as a lawyer participating actively in activities of defence, support and consultancy in criminal law.

Over the years, she has specialised in the sectors of criminal labour law and workplace health and safety, law of the environment, construction and urban planning, medical and professional liability, media crimes, crimes against the individual, with particular regard to those committed within families, crimes related to road traffic as well as crimes in relation to the agri-food sector, the latter being a subject in which she gained a specialisation Master's degree.
